TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVE
The processing of a reservation through the website www.hlaterraza.com implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the conditions that are considered an integral part of the reservation and are completed with the specific applicable legislation.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY
At the time of booking, the client has 24 hours to cancel the reservation when it is made more than six (6) days in advance.
If the cancellation of the reservation is made FIVE (5) days before the date of arrival, the establishment will proceed to charge the price of the first night.
If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
No charge will be made before the arrival date. As a guarantee, the customer will provide their card number during the reservation process.
The transaction will be made in EUROS, whatever the origin of the client.
WITH THE RESERVATION IT IS INCLUDED
The accommodation and breakfast services according to the reservation conditions stipulated at the time of booking. TAX included.
When making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information stated. In case of checking its incorrectness, it could cause the cancellation of the reservation.
NO PRESENTATION POLICY
In case the client does not show up on the day of the reservation without giving prior notice, the establishment will proceed to charge the cost of the first two nights of the reservation.
REGISTRATION IN HOTEL RECEPTION
TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in on arrival must be made from 2:00 p.m. and departure before 12:00 p.m. While every effort will be made to offer a room to customers who arrive before 2:00 p.m., this will depend on the level of occupancy of the hostel and no guarantee can be offered in this regard.

PROCEDURES THAT SHOULD BE DONE AT YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL
In accordance with the usual procedures and policies in the hotel establishments, upon arrival, you must provide a credit card number or, failing that, the deposit of the total amount in cash.
If you choose to pay in cash, you will be requested upon arrival, to pay in advance the invoice corresponding to the nights pending payment.
If you plan to arrive at the hostel after 6:00 p.m., you must indicate this particular by means of the registration form or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the telephone number (+34) 657 62 92 92. Otherwise, the reservation will not be guaranteed.
Children under 2 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay FREE.
Children older than 3 years old must pay the price stipulated by the establishment.
